Founder, Kirk Attoian, brings over three decades of business experience, having started, grown, and sold multiple businesses. Recognizing the demand for this wealth of knowledge, Kirk pivoted to focus on helping other business owners overcome their challenges.

Founder and CEO
BroadLance founder and CEO, Kirk Attoian, discovered his entrepreneurial spirit early on in his career. In 1991 Kirk took a position as the first executive sales director at a technology startup. Here, his contributions took an investors idea and helped build it into a thriving company. The thrill of building a company from the ground up ignited his passion for entrepreneurship.
Over the next two decades, Kirk served as the CEO and founder of two companies - One in the technology space and one in the construction space. As in any small business, Kirk gained experience in every aspect of running those business from dealing with constant change to creative solutions with limited budgets. In 2019, after 16 years of business ownership, Kirk was hired to help turnaround of a publicly traded sports nutrition company. His hands on experience and his fresh set of eyes, helped uncover some major inefficiencies and by implementing new operating procedures which helped overall profitability by $6 million over the next 6 months.
In 2020, inspired by the realization of his strengths and a genuine enjoyment for his work, Kirk founded BroadLance Consulting. His mission is to share his expertise and play a pivotal role in the success of growing businesses. Kirk has successfully collaborated with a diverse array of small to medium-sized companies, Construction, Manufacturing, Real Estate and Supply Chain. BroadLance assisted in formulating strategic plans, ensuring effective execution of projects, overseeing finance and budgeting, driving operational efficiency, mitigating risks, and aligning all operational activities with company objectives.
Kirk holds a Bachelor of Finance degree from California State University, Fresno, and an Entrepreneurial Management degree from UCLA. In his spare time Kirk donates his time as a board member for the non-profit organization Ride-to-Fly. He currently resides in Redondo Beach, and enjoys family life with his wife, son and 2 dogs.
